For a strong connection, it is recommended that the lock be within 10 feet of the gateway. The wifi gateway requires a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection (5G WiFi is not supported).

Can the bluetooth gateway be voice controlled? Why can't I control my door knob using Google or Alexa?

The Bluetooth gateway can indeed be controlled by voice, but the smart devices connected to it must also support voice control, such as smart plugs and switches. Please note that GHome Smart door locks that work with Google or Alexa cannot be voice controlled.

Does the Bluetooth gateway support remote unlocking?

Yes, once connected to the Bluetooth gateway, you can remotely control your GHome Smart door locks through the app. This means you can easily unlock your door from anywhere, even if you are not at home.

The GHome Smart Gateway is compatible with smart door locks and other devices that support the Tuya Smart and Smart Life Apps. Make sure your smartphone and the gateway are connected to the same 2.4Ghz WiFi network during pairing.

Remote Control

With the G2 Bluetooth gateway WiFi Hub, you can remotely control and set passwords for your smart door lock from anywhere. You can also add or delete fingerprints remotely, and check unlocking records, door status, and battery life in real-time via the Tuya Smart or Smart Life Apps.

Stable and Reliable

The Bluetooth signal is stable with wide coverage and strong wall penetration, as well as strong anti-interference and low heat generation and power consumption features.

Voice Control

The GHome Smart Gateway supports voice control and works with Alexa and Google Home to control smart appliances. Note that GHome Smart door locks do not have built-in voice control.

Please note: If your product does not have voice control, it will not work with Alexa and Google Home when connected to our gateway!
